Carols was born from a simple conviction: that a great cup of coffee and a thoughtfully poured drink deserve the same care. Nestled along Patterson Mountain Road, we've been a quiet gathering place for neighbors, travelers, and anyone who appreciates the rhythm of a well-spent afternoon.
Our space draws from the textures of this region — weathered wood, soft linen, the golden light that falls through the trees in late afternoon. We serve locally roasted coffee, seasonal spirits, and food made from ingredients sourced as close to home as possible.
Warm light, natural materials, and a pace that moves a little slower. Carols is designed for conversation, solitude, and everything in between.

As dusk settles, the café transforms. Lower lighting, jazz on the speakers, and the bar comes alive with craft cocktails and relaxed conversation.
Our small patio offers a quiet corner among the trees. In warmer months, it's the ideal spot for an afternoon drink and a view of Patterson Mountain.
We're located just off the main road in Meadow Bridge — easy to find, worth the detour. Walk-ins are always welcome; reservations recommended for parties of five or more.
